Refund Policy

Reports are non-refundable once delivered
Each report is custom-generated using meaningful compute and AI inference. Because we incur the full cost the moment your report is produced, completed reports are not refundable. You agree to this at checkout.
When we will refund
- Generation failure on our end. If the report never finishes generating because of an error on our side, we will either regenerate it for you or issue a full refund.
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged twice for the same report, we'll refund the duplicate.
- Fraudulent charge. If you didn't authorize the charge, contact us immediately and we'll work with Stripe to resolve it.
What is not a refundable reason
- You don't agree with the AI's conclusions.
- You decided not to use the report.
- You provided incomplete or incorrect inputs and got a report based on those inputs.
- Market data in the report has become stale since generation.
Free refinements
If the report is missing information or you have new documents to add, use the "Refine this report" button on your report page — free, unlimited refinements within 24 hours of the original purchase. This is usually faster than asking for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email theheritagegroup1@gmail.com with your job ID and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
