Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account / order info: your email address, the property address you submit, asset class, and any notes.
• Uploaded documents: PDFs, spreadsheets, or other files you choose to upload (rent rolls, T-12s, OMs, etc.).
• Payment info: handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
• Usage data: basic logs (timestamps, request paths, error messages) for security and debugging.

How we use it

We use your information solely to deliver your report, send the report email, process your payment, and operate the service. We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded documents to train any AI model.

Who processes data on our behalf

• Anthropic — runs the AI model that generates reports. Your property info and parsed document text are sent to Anthropic to produce the report.
• Stripe — handles payment.
• Resend — delivers the report-ready email.
• Vercel — hosting + storage (KV).
• Inngest — background job execution.

Each of these vendors has its own privacy practices. They are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf for the purpose of running this service.

Retention

Job records (property info, parsed text, completed reports) are retained indefinitely so you can revisit your report. Email theheritagegroup1@gmail.com to request deletion of a specific job.

Security

Report URLs are protected by an unguessable access token delivered to you by email. Treat that link like a password — anyone with it can view your report. We use TLS in transit.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing theheritagegroup1@gmail.com. Residents of certain jurisdictions (e.g., EU, California) have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA; we'll honor valid requests.

Children

This service is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
